1. Why do you want to become a Teacher?

 I want to be a teacher because I want to help children grow and blossom while on their
educational journey. I also want to become a teacher because I know how important my
teachers where for me. I know they played a very important role in my life, and encouraged me
to reach my full potential.

2. For you, what is meant by “No teacher is an island. No Teacher can stand alone.”

 This quote meant for me is that Teachers need each other we work together to get ideas on
how to motivate kids manage behavior problems and find fun engaging lessons plans. Most
importantly we need each other for moral support. Teaching is a difficult, yet rewarding career
for those of us that feel called for the position

3. Looking at the triumphs and failure of teachers today, do you think that teaching is still the noblest
profession? Explain your answer.

 Definitely teaching is one of the noblest professions. There is no doubt in this. Teaching is the
profession which creates all other professions. Teachers are the noble souls and they stand
behind the progress of each and every country. Teacher is the one noble person who don’t get
jealousy by seeing the development of others (ie their student).

4. What are the things that should be improved in the professional life of teachers?

• One of the many skills of a teacher need is the ability to balance their desire to inspire with
appreciating the wider culture of their pupils. You should care about the education of your students, but
must be aware that you are but a guide for them. You don't have the power to force them to learn
anything, their interests as a group will vary highly, as will support in the home. Plant seeds for the
learners, and try to inspire them. Stay realistic, with just the right amount of idealism, and it's a great
job. Lose sight of that, and lean too heavily one way or the other and it can be a demoralizing role.

5. What form of advocacies should a teacher participate in the community?

 One advocacy should a teacher contribute to have agreater good of society is that to have an
advocacy that will promote respect, understanding, love and peace to students.
