Introduction:
The teaching profession is one area of work in education that has a direct impact on how
young people's minds and hearts are formed. In order for students to fulfill and exceed
their potentials, teachers must inspire and motivate them.

First of all, teaching is not a typical career. One of the most challenging roles in society
is that of a teacher. We are aware that teachers are the ones who must explain the
correct or proper way of learning and adjusting to new things in order to explore more,
so it is crucial for us, especially for future teachers, to learn how to listen and
communicate effectively. We must be aware of our own code of morality since it serves
as a guide for directing kids along new paths and communicating with them in a
respectful and appropriate manner according to their preferences.

The demands of the department the educator was in required that the educator have a
different personality. Overall, though, the teacher must be aware of their responsibilities
and develop a commitment to their work because dedication is one of the most crucial
elements of good teaching and demonstrating a commitment to your work demonstrates
that you possess all the qualities a good teacher should. In this course, the emphasis is
placed on developing your own character to become more professional in a certain field
so that you can have the knowledge and insight you need in practical situations.
BIOGRAPHY:
I am a prospective teacher who resides in Barangay
San Felipe, Laur, Nueva Ecija, and I am now enrolled in the
2nd year of a Bachelor of Elementary Education program.
I am a student who thinks that "life is like a bicycle, you have
to keep moving in order to keep your balance."
Because the vast majority of our family members are
educators, the desire to teach others has been ingrained in
me since I was a little child. I want to become proficient in numerous areas so that I may
teach my future pupils about them and use them in real-life situations. I wish to introduce
more gratifying approaches or methods that allow the child to have wisdom in their learning
and not just knowledge, as there is a major difference between the two. Learning inside the
classroom and applying the learning only inside the walls of the school is not sufficient, so we
need to learn how to maintain our learning inside and outside the school zone. I am one of
four siblings, the second youngest.

Ma. Divina D. Garcia is my name; I am 20 years old, unfinished, and unsatisfied, yet I am
proud of what I have already accomplished. It's okay for me because I feel that the more
hurdles I overcome, the stronger I get and the more likely it is that I will accomplish
greatness. I have already overcome many challenges, but I anticipate that there will be many
more that I must overcome in order to achieve my goal. I love discovering the good in
everything that occurs every day because it makes me happier and encourages me to see the
bright side of every circumstance, no matter how favorable or adverse. One day, I hope to
wake knowing that I have achieved all of my dreams.
BELIEFS IN TEACHING AND LEARNING
The capacity to communicate effectively and to grasp what is relevant in a given
circumstance or topic are two of the most crucial elements of the teaching
profession. One thing is for certain: in order to follow all of the instructions that
were provided to us, we must understand our importance as educators and act
professionally at all times. Being committed to everything, but especially to our
work as teachers as we strive to improve our performance.

Lesson: General reflection:

They say that before making a claim, doing, or saying something, teachers must think a
million times. It is said that teachers must always be correct and understand what is
actually right. However, from a different angle, teachers occasionally make mistakes or
frequently find themselves unable to do so. However, the assertion that instructors should
always be correct indicates that they must behave professionally and be aware of the
essential characteristics of a successful teacher. When I was a young child, some of my
The Teaching Profession classmates got into a fight and started punching each other. Our teacher intervened, and
even though it was clear who was in the wrong, she nevertheless took the other side's side
while pointing out that all parties were at fault and needed to admit their errors. When I
was a child, our instructor handled every circumstance with composure, simplicity, and
professionalism.

It helped me realize that in order to be more effective teachers, we must develop the ability
to adapt and respond appropriately in every situation.
Because of the demand of the society the standard of being a teacher is getting higher and
higher, right now many of us scared to continue on studying to be a teacher someday

Being who you are is important, but if you're a teacher who must serve as a role model,

Indeed, educators form the foundation of society. They serve as mentors for young people,
provide direction and commitment, and empower them via education. Teachers enable
nations to further their social and economic development.

A teacher must abide by the code of ethics in order to apply various ethical standards to all
they undertake.

PERFORMANCE TASK:
RETROSPECTION:

For us beginners it is very important to know about being a professional and

be ready on the actual field, this subject helps the learners to have a deeper
understanding in adapting and improvising in every type of situation as
possible. Every situation that may happened is not predictable so we must
learn how to listen and gave own insight about different problems and create
some recommendations. It is up to us whether or if our pupils, their parents,
the neighborhood, and society at large see us as professionals. We don't
present a professional image when we dress casually, such as stretch pants
with a t-shirt, holes in our jeans, too-short skirts, and other clothing items
worn only for comfort. The teachers have a huge responsibility on many
aspects especially in communicating.

The ability to govern the entire class is insufficient; the students also need to
learn how to be autonomous, believe in themselves, recognize their own
worth, and give value to a variety of situations. Our professionalism in the
workplace includes how you present yourself, how you behave, and how you
interact with other people. Being professional can help you make a good first
impression, foster fruitful relationships with others, and build a solid
reputation within your company and sector.

Overall, professionalism is a key quality in a teacher. A professional respects

everyone, even when it isn't reciprocated. A teacher must always respect
coworkers, parents, and students in order to set a good example for others.
Additionally, in order for us to be good instructors, we need to possess the
same knowledge, abilities, and habits that teachers do.
