My skill set is a perfect match for the requirements. In particular, my
leadership skills and managerial experience make me an ideal candidate
for this. For example, in my undergraduate studies , I managed to win the
'ACI FRP Bowling Bowl' competition which was organized by American
Concrete Institute Students Chapter Pakistan and I was leading my group
in mentioned competition. Moreover , I can bring my successes and
experiences to this platform.
Traditional leadership models are being re-evaluated and a new leader is
quickly emerging to galvanize tangible action towards lasting progress - an
innovative, visionary, strategic, impact-driven leader, one who focuses on
the intersection of strategy, profitability, and social good: the Social Impact
Leader.
The mission of the societal impact leader is to promote positive impact in
society and to prevent a negative impact on society. These leaders come
from all concerned departments.
I as a Structural Engineer wish to design sustainable structures that puts a
positive impact on society. In my undergrad studies, my final year project
was to study the behavior of recycled aggregates. The purpose of this
study was to recycle concrete waste to promote sustainability. In this way, I
can contribute to this area.
