For example, in the US, we will have a tremendous clinician shortage, with increasing rates of physician burnout and rates of nurses leaving their
profession, let alone globally. In manufacturing, the aftershocks of the pandemic will continue through the decade, with 2.1M unfilled jobs in 2030.
What does this mean?
Across the board, McKinsey tells us that each individual will have to be 1.5 times more productive in order for us to achieve our GDP targets, we
have to supercharge what people are able to do in the time they are working.
Now - imagine that over the last several decades, we have included the advent of the internet, mobile, and all of the software ever written... with all
of that, we still have to produce 50% more productivity. This is the problem every single society, world leaders, CEOs face because they have to
learn to operate their companies in a very different, with a new operating model that produces 50% more. And, that is one of the top challenges
facing the world.

Story Details:
Cargill:
A global supply chain presence, Cargill identified numerous opportunities to optimize their operational processes in order to not only save FTEs, but also improve partner
satisfaction and customer retention. One automation in particular that served as a benchmark in this area dealt with order entry. Cargill needed to address the myriad of
ways in which orders were received around the globe—from email attachments to photos of handwritten notes, all in different languages. They developed a solution with a
blended approach, marrying the use of RPA and OCR. The resulting automation was able to process 50,000 orders annually and saved Customer Service Representatives
valuable time.
Another noteworthy use case within the Source-to-Pay business function was single-handedly responsible for $1.2M savings in labor. Over 150,000 inactive vendor records
were maintained in the company’s system and the company needed a way to quickly and efficiently deactivate those files. A onetime automation was developed to read the
list of records, login to the ERPs, deactivate the records, and finally notify users. Not only was this one-time bot successful, but they also developed another bot for
continuous maintenance of inactive vendors that has deactivated 268,000 records in total. This has freed up a significant amount of employee time and transformed the task
into a 100% touchless process.
The Loan Store:
The Loan Store (TLS) values exceptional broker service and satisfaction. To help bolster both customer and employeee experience, they chose to automate mortgage
processes for loan setup, indexing, disclosures and re-disclosures, order services in underwriting, shipping and servicing. They chose to deploy trained digital workers to
execute mortgage processes, seamlessly integrated with common loan origination, all supported by a robust and secure audit and reporting function.
In addition to significant cost savings and higher productivity, compressing the overall loan cycle time has many benefits. Employees are free to focus on higher ROI work,
customers receive approval and funding faster, and the cost savings are passed on to the customers with low-cost lending.
Now that much of the front and back-end mortgage lending processes are automated, The Loan Store will automate high-value, mission critical underwriting processes,
adding even more significant cost savings and enhancing productivity further. These processes which include data extraction and bots capable of comparison and data

For example: One of our customers uses Vertex AI to look at customer emails, and understand the associated complaint. And the output of that they classified and put that

this case, AI/ML reviews the emails and takes action, and engages the humans for exception handling.
