ESPI Personal Data Consent

The personal data (including but not limited to name, date and place of birth, address, telephone number,
email address, travel document details, bank details, license and document details, and next of kin) provided
in your application form will be processed, used and retained by and in behalf of Elburg Shipmanagement
Phils., Inc. (ESPI) for purposes related to your registration of interest in current or future employment with
ESPI and its clients, and for processing of your application for employment.

We will collect and use the personal data that you have provided to facilitate the processing of your
application for employment purposes. We will use personal data such as telephone number and/or email
address to contact you for job opportunities. Please note that the personal data you provide may be used by
third parties who are engaged to assist and perform functions on our behalf and provide services to us, to
enable us to process your application for employment. These third parties may be located outside the
Philippines, and ESPI shall take reasonable steps to ensure that these third parties are under duty to
maintain the appropriate levels of security and confidentiality and only use the personal data as instructed
by ESPI and as maybe relevant to your application.

The personal data held by ESPI relating to the applicants will be kept strictly confidential. If your
application is successful, the personal data will be used for the administration of your employment.

If application is unsuccessful, ESPI may retain and use the personal data you provided for two (2) years
from the receipt of your application records to deal with any other matter which may arise in connection
with your application, for purposes of contacting you in connection with any ongoing employment
opportunities, as well as for data analysis. If you do not wish to be considered for positions in ESPI other
than that you have applied for, please check the following:

By giving your consent, you agree to your personal data being used in conjunction with the recruitment and
employment purposes. In order to maximize your opportunities to work with ESPI, you are encouraged to
keep the personal data you provided to us updated at all times.

When considered for employment and/or in case of employment, ESPI may provide and/or transfer such
data, either within the Philippines or outside the Philippines, to (i) other department within or branch offices
of ESPI, (ii) Clients or Principals to whom the application for employment will be submitted (iii) if necessary,
to Government Agencies; (iv) any third-party service provider who will provide administrative, data
processing, software, healthcare and other services to ESPI; (v) legal entities such as insurance companies
and/or legal representatives who will provide services in case of claims and other related instances. In cases
where the collected personal data is transferred across country borders where our affiliates, clients,
principals and third-party service providers operate, the transfer shall comply with applicable cross-border
privacy laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data are true and correct. You also have the option to
