I have had diverse business project experience throughout my work experience outlines in

my CV. I have also obtained in-depth knowledge of various renewable energy technologies,
their integration into smart grids, and their optimal operation using big data
analysis/machine learning. The program is one of the highest ranked in the world in the
renewable energy field due to the university’s reputation and collaboration with leading
companies. This experience has been tested through my various course projects and
assessments where I managed to score the highest grade (distinction). This was made
possible with cross-disciplinary meetings with other team members and regular
presentations with a range of project stakeholders.

Renewable energy technologies have evolved, and continue to evolve, at a rapid pace. I have
seen this first hand, where the focus has shifted from conventional clean technologies
including solar and wind to alternatives such as nuclear fusion and green hydrogen. This is
due to the low conversion efficiency and dependence on intermittent driving sources of
technologies such as solar. Moreover, increased focus is being placed on the optimal
dispatch of these assets using big data, where an ecosystem can be created with emerging
technologies such as the cloud and Internet of Things (IoT).
