Who Can and What's Needed to Commission Us as well as Why it is Needed

You must be a legal adult aged eighteen years or older (depending on your country's
legal age laws) to commission us – regardless of your country's legal age if it is lower than 18.
You will need a valid Government Issued ID containing your address, date of Birth, full legal
name, and date of Expiration of the ID. Your Government ID's address must match the address
we are shipping to. We do not allow adults to purchase a suit for anyone underage or minors to
purchase from us. You must be 18 or your country's legal age (if your country's legal age is
older than 18) before you can commission due to the legal documents you sign.

Your ID is needed to verify your age, and we will not store your information in any way
with our company except as required by law. As soon as we confirm it is you, we immediately
delete all photo data associated with your verification. We only retain the following data for
seven years per legal obligations: Your Legal Name, Address, and Date of Birth.

Other items needed for your commission are a Duct Tape Dummy done in the 6" strip
method (We will provide a video link later), and a pair of walking shoes that will be comfortable
for hours of wear or at least an hour of wear after they are wet.

We require a non-AI-generated SFW (Safe For Work) reference sheet if you order a
custom commission. We prefer a 3-sided non-shaded reference sheet but will accept a 2-sided
one. Please note that the more views and details on the reference sheet you give us, the better
we can bring your character to life.

What You Get When You Commission

As none of our products are genuinely "premade," "prefabricated," or "pre-tailored," we

make each suit from scratch, as we do not build a character until you order and start payments.
The specifications for the fursuit are submitted to and received by us. In addition to the suit,
we are selling the character rights of the character to you. We do not care what you, as a
consenting adult, do with the fursuit and character after you purchase it from us.

You get a Digitigrade Fullsuit with personal character rights (Inari’s Shiny Goods and –
if applicable – the respective artist retains all commercial rights to the character). Then if you
purchase any add-ons, you get those add-ons with your order or in your suit. None of the items
we send have knowingly been around Nuts, Pets, Gluten, or other known allergens, but all the
same, please take precautions when first handling our suits as we cannot guarantee a 100%
sterile work environment.

Repair Policy

Inari's Shiny Goods does offer repairs to any items made by anyone for an hourly
labor rate and material cost. However, Inari's Shiny Goods requires detailed photos of the
item before shipping, and we must reach an agreement before you ship the item for repairs.
Any restorations will cost $25/hour plus material costs.

Work Hours

Due to us being a small business, Inari's Shiny Goods cannot and will not guarantee any
work hours or days of work. Inari's Shiny Goods will be closed on certain days: the 4th of July,
the 31st of October, Thanksgiving Week, and the 17th of December through the 2nd of January.
Inari's Shiny Goods may also close for other reasons such as Conventions, Family Emergencies,
Family Events, Health Issues, or illnesses, including COVID-19 exposure protocols. When
closed, we will not complete work and read or respond to emails or messages. As such, we will
alert our commissioners via social media, DMs, email, and SMS as soon as we know what days
we will be closed outside of the above dates.

Warranty

Inari's Shiny Goods offers all customers a time-limited and limited warranty, cleaning,
and free repair. After your first year – 365 days (12 months) – from the date of delivery, Inari's
Shiny Goods offers all customers a single-use, all-expenses-paid return trip for the suit to Inari's
Shiny Goods for a deep cleaning, thorough check, and - if needed - repairs. Customers can
decline; however, Inari's Shiny Goods highly recommends that you accept the offer to increase
the longevity of your suit. Inari's Shiny Goods offers all customers a look at an example suit to
compare their suit with how the maker did. Any repairs not covered by warranty will cost
$25/hour plus material costs. This warranty is invalid if you make any modifications or
intentionally damage the suit in any way, including but not limited to bodily fluids on the suit,
making the fursuit a murrsuit, et al. We offer a murrsuit option, so if you want that functionality,
please ask us to do so.
We have a minimal warranty for murrsuits compared to our regular suits. Our warranty
for murrsuits only extends for 7 days and only covers any defects in production during that time.
The suit may not be used for adult purposes during the warranty period other than for fitting
purposes.

Shipping

We ship our domestic or international packages via your preferred Postal Carrier. If you
notify us that you are outside Mainland US, Alaska, Hawaii, or any US Territory, you agree to
pay for any customs, excise, import, or VAT tax/fee charged. Shipping is quoted based on the
receiver's address, and the guesstimate of the weight and size of the package is not a final
shipping price. If you live outside the US and its territories, you pay for all customs fees
incurred to ship the package to you. All packages we send are insured at the item's total amount
from Inari's Shiny Goods, with no exceptions. Delivery time is between 2-5 business days
within the contiguous 48 US states and up to 3 weeks internationally (plus or minus customs
time). The shipping carrier you select may deliver on the weekends, so watch your tracking for
that information. DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS (United States Postal Service) are available as
primary carriers; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or prices. Once we send the
products through the mail, we are no longer responsible for the products or damage to the
packaging. You will receive pictures of how we sent the box while we are at the postal service,
so you can file a damage claim when it arrives at your door if the postal service does not take
care of the package.
If you are within the Mainland US, we also offer airport pickup via American Airlines
Cargo, Delta/Unifi Cargo, United Airlines Cargo, and Southwest Airlines Cargo. Remember, if

you use an alias, you must reveal your legal name for airport pickup as federal laws bind the
carriers.

Payment

Payment Plan Methods:

We accept pay-in-full as well as our custom version of a payment plan. If you choose our
“pay as we make” option, we require a down payment of your material cost plus the labor for the
first week (40 hours). After the 40 hours of labor to start making your commission, we require
another week (40 hours) of labor paid before we continue the work. The agreement ensures that
both parties follow through on the contract.

Deposit:

Your deposit for any commission is non-refundable; please keep this in mind when you
commission us. We use the down payment to buy the materials and pay for shipping them to us,
so your deposit is used as soon as you give it to us. Deposit is calculated by taking the amount
needed for the materials and adding the shipping cost to the total. The total after-tax rounded up
to the nearest dollar is your deposit. The tax rate for materials is 8.517% due to my local tax
rates. Other taxes may be applicable, so discuss them with Inari's Shiny Goods before
commissioning.

Payment Plans:

Payment plans are accepted and shall be submitted monthly on the day agreed. The
down payment will be the price of materials, plus our local tax rate, plus their shipping to
us.

Acceptable Forms of Payment:

Acceptable payment is through Square (no account needed), which means we accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as acceptable forms of compensation.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENT THROUGH MAIL SERVICES! WE

WILL RETURN ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT MADE THROUGH MAIL TO YOU AT
YOUR COST! YOU ARE ALSO TAKING THE RISK OF YOUR PAYMENT BEING
INTERCEPTED AND STOLEN! We do not currently accept cryptocurrency as an acceptable
form of payment nor plan to accept crypto as a legal form of payment. If you fail to complete
payments on the item purchased from Inari's Shiny Goods, we reserve the right to all labor costs
and to resell the products.

Deadline Commissions:

We accept "deadline" commissions; however, you will pay a labor premium for these
types of commissions. The following costs are only for labor and do not include material costs.
Depending on the workload, the following rates will apply:

Deadline Labor Costs (Number of Hours on left, Price per Hour on Right)
Less Than or Equal to 40 hours/week $25/hour
41 hours/week up to 60 hours/week $37.50/hour
61 hours/week up to 80 hours/week $50/hour
81+ hours/week $100/hour

To clarify, these apply to deadline commissions only. If the work to complete the commission as
requested supersedes any of the time requirements outlined above, the next applicable time
requirement rate will be applied. For instance, if we must work 65 hours a week to complete
your commission for two weeks straight, that will be $25 an hour per hour we work up to 40
hours a week, then $37.50 up to the 60-hour mark, and $50 for the last five hours a week. In this
case, the total for the deadline rush would be $4,000.

Hours worked will be recorded and billed as deemed appropriate by Inari’s Shiny Goods, and
WIPs will be sent with a short description of what work was performed.

Returns and Cancellation

Please note that if you need to back out of a commission, you will incur a charge of
labor costs to the point of cancellation, but we will not charge for the entire suit. Labor charges
will occur until your canceled commission, and your down payment is non-refundable, so please
remember this before canceling your order. If you are still looking for someone to take your
spot, we will open a slot to attempt to cover the loss of your commission.

We will never accept returns. REMEMBER TO ONLY SEND YOUR SUIT TO

INARI'S SHINY GOODS WITH PRIOR CONTACT AND CONFIRMATION FOR
REPAIRS ONLY! Inari's Shiny Goods will not be responsible if you ship the suit to us when
we are not expecting it. If we receive a suit that we have not received notice about, we will only
open the box or work on it once the owner reaches us to discuss why they sent it. It is in your
best interest to have us waiting on your suit and waiting by the door than to leave the box out all
day and it potentially gets stolen. Inari's Shiny Goods is not responsible for misplaced, lost,
stolen, or damaged merchandise due to shipping.

COVID-19 Policy:

We at Inari's Shiny Goods are as concerned with the long-lasting effects of COVID-19 as
many of you are. To be transparent, we are posting our cleaning supplies and what safety
precautions we take for you in this TOS. Inari's Shiny Goods sprays work surfaces and
materials daily with 70% isopropyl alcohol. 70% isopropyl is a secure version of "rubbing
alcohol" to use on props, clothes, cosplays, fursuits, and more, and it still sanitizes the area.
Inari's Shiny Goods will use an appropriate Bleach solution to thoroughly disinfect all work
surfaces while shielding all materials, props, and costumes from exposure to the bleach. Inari's
Shiny Goods uses Hand Sanitizer when we start to work, leave the station, return to the station,
and finish work. Inari's Shiny Goods workers are no longer required to wear a mask while
working on your products due to state laws; however, if any of our workers are exposed to
COVID, whether at their day jobs or here, Inari's Shiny Goods will close, and we will not
complete any work until the test returns negative or our employees provide doctors' notes. We
will push deadlines back as required.

What Can I Do to Lower My Cost?

Inari's Shiny Goods cannot and will not use lower quality items to lower your cost for
items we purchase. To reduce the costs, you can use USPS or your country's equivalent postal
service for shipping delivery or use budget shoes (i.e., Store "off-brand" shoes), which are
ways we have heard people lowering the cost. We do not recommend these for obvious
reasons (i.e., budget shoes can fall apart after one use, and the national postal services are well
known for losing packages). If you use those options, our warranty does not cover products
you purchased for the commission.

Will and Will Not Make

Inari's Shiny Goods reserves the right to refuse service to customers. We will terminate
or refuse service for the following reasons: Asking us to attempt to copy a specific maker's style
(this does not include generalized types like "Toony," "Kemono," "Realistic," or others); asking
us to make a stolen character; or if you harass, insult, or degrade Inari's Shiny Goods and its
employee(s).
