POSITION TITLE : Nurse

DIRECTLY REPORTING TO : HR Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

Administer first aid treatments and provide immediate medical relief to employees as needed;
provide health education program and submits timely and accurate timekeeping / payroll of Plant
personnel to HR Payroll.

External - Hospitals, Health care providers

QUALIFICATIONS for this position:

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be a registered nurse, with an updated PRC license
- Must have at least 1-2 years related work experience as a healthcare practitioner / company nurse
- With good moral character
- Can work on shifting schedule
- Willing to go on site visits
- Willing to take in administrative functions
- MS Office Proficient

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

NURSING
- Administer first aid treatments and immediate medical relief to employees as needed
- Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
- Promotes safety, well-being and comfort of all employees
- Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
- Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month

HEALTH EDUCATION
- Performs health counseling
- Conducts health education programs
- Conducts periodic tour (Plant/ Head Office and Store-based) to determine any possible health
and safety hazards. Provide health and safety awareness among employees.

ADMINISTRATIVE
- Submits timely and accurate timekeeping / payroll of Plant personnel to HR Payroll
- Process enrolment for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and General Personnel Accident
Insurance (GPAI) of Plant personnel.
- Submits medicine consumption report regularly (once a month)
- Submits accident/ health care report on a monthly basis
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time
