Based on the above comparison; 
1. Water closet quantities for male toilets prepared by RBI is equal to both UPCP2013 and UPC 2021 requirement.
2. Water closet quantitiesfor female toilets prepared by RBI is greater than both UPCP2013 and UPC 2021 requirement.
      However, we noticed  that the population used by RBI is not the maximum number for the corresponding water closet quantity. 
       If it will be corrected/revised, water closet quantities will be same as the resulting quantities from UPCP 2013. Water closet requirement from UPC 2021 has the least quantities .

Based on the above comparison; 
Lavatory quantities for both male and female  toilets prepared by RBI is greater than the requirement from UPCP 2013 and less than the requirement from UPC 2021.
However, we noticed  that the population used by RBI is not the maximum number for the corresponding lavatory quantity. 
  If it will be corrected/revised, lavatory quantities will be same as the resulting quantities from UPCP 2013. Lavatory   requirement from UPC 2021 has greater quantities .

Urinal quantities prepared by RBI sligthly differ from the requirement from both UPCP 2013 and UPC 2021.
However, we noticed  that the population used by RBI is not the maximum number for the corresponding urinal quantity. 
 If it will be corrected/revised, urinal quantities will be almost the same as the resulting quantities from both UPCP 2013 and UPC 2021 .
Urinal requirement for both UPCP 2013 and 2021 are the same.
