Keto Garlic Butter Steak with Asparagus

Ingredients:

● 2 medium-sized steaks (such as ribeye or sirloin)


● 2 tablespoons butter
● 4 cloves garlic, minced
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
● Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

​ Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.


​ Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
​ In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic
and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
​ Drizzle olive oil over the trimmed asparagus and season with salt and
pepper.
​ Grill or cook the steaks on the stovetop to your desired level of doneness
(about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare). Remove the steaks from
heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
​ While the steaks are resting, cook the asparagus on the grill or stovetop
pan for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
​ Slice the rested steaks against the grain into thin strips.
​ Arrange the sliced steak and asparagus on a serving plate. Drizzle the
garlic butter sauce over the steak.
​ Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Keto Garlic Butter Steak with
Asparagus!
