2022. Copy is attached at F/A. and Copy of CMA (P) letter is also attached at F/B.

2. The subject family pension is received in Allied Bank Adda Farid Nagar in my account no 0010087602980012. Copy of
Bank Statement is attached at F/C and Copy of my CNIC is also attached at F/D.

3. I have not received my family pension for the month of Jun 2023 in my account.

4. Therefore, you are requested the followings.

a. My family pension is remitted in my account no 0010087602980012. Allied bank Adda Farid Nagar, Tehsil
Chichawatni District Sahiwal.

b. My incorrect account no is erroneously written in CMA (P) Lahore letter at F/B. as 001008760 02980012 which
may be corrected to read as 0010087602980012. Copy of Bank Statement is at F/C, for which I have already requested
vide my application dated 01 Nov 2022. Copy is attached at F/E.
