FACULTY GUIDELINES

TIME DURATION: 10 DAYS {EACH DAY 1 HOUR}

FACULTY GUIDELINES
 Students can select any societal topic and need to make the report. Societal

project will start from 24-06-2023 {Next day from the First Semester

Examination as per VTU circular}

 Evaluation will be done for this internally.

 Parameters for evaluation discussed with the BOS and BOE member. One

will be submission of report (20 Marks) and second will be presentation (20

Marks)

 As per the university there is no separate holidays will be provided for the

Societal Project.

 Students need not to go to the company for this Project. It’s the Desk Based

Research work on any social topic. Daily One hour student need to work for

this Project.

 Students need to do this project work in the presence of the guides all the

days.

 It’s a zero credit paper but passing is required to become eligible for the

Final VTU Examination.

 Report is compulsory for this Societal Project. Report should be in the form

of Soft binded copy.

 After the submission of report student need to do only ONE

PRESENTATION.
