Distinguishing "normal" from "pathological" conduct may be challenging. For instance,

social mores may have evolved to accept conduct that was considered deviant twenty years ago.

Even in the late 1990s, homosexuality was not widely accepted and was still seen as an aberrant

behavior. On the other hand, this kind of thing is not just tolerated but actively pushed by other

types of media. Almost all of us have read the many passages in the Bible that show vehement

disapproval of homosexuality. In spite of God's disapproval, most people accept such conduct as

the norm. The term "deviant" is often used to describe any kind of conduct that is outside of

accepted standards. While it's possible that God can look beyond sin, society on Earth just can't.

Our society has a perilous tendency to prioritize pleasing others above God's will.

According to Galatians 5:22-23, God desires for all people to treat one another with

respect and dignity regardless of their sexual orientation, race, or color of skin. The Bible

describes the ideal personality traits to which we should aspire. The four D's (dysfunction,

distress, deviance, and danger) provide a clear picture of people who behave improperly, but we

may still help them make the right decision in God's sight by guiding them away from

destructive paths. Love, joy, peace, and self-control are all fruits of the Spirit, and the Bible says

they are forbidden by no law. Christ gives us these abilities when we develop as Christians and

as we assist others in their spiritual growth. We are just as guilty of fighting against abnormality

or even normality with hate, rage, and a closed heart as people whom God has called us to help.

To some extent, everyone here is responsible for this.
