Assignment 1
Conducting competitor research, Visual guidelines
and Dependencies

 Task 1: This task involves establishing tactics of the competitor companies and the
product they are selling.

 Task 2: On visual guidance we are aiming at making the idea of our product into
something consumers can understand, this is by transforming the idea into a picture.

 Task 3: On dependencies we will focus on tools and people that help make the process
happen, this includes trainers and facilitators of the exercise.
 Designing Wire frames and Accessing the
Resources

 Task 4: On designing the wireframes, this step is really crucial especially as it involves
placing the web layout of the entire project.

 Task 5: Accessing the resources, so in this phase the project managers are put to task to
check whether the resources will be enough before we kick of.
 Important milestone, correct software
and experimentation
 Task 6: Important milestone, this task will begin on 1st May and take a period
of five days and a tune of 100000. It involves putting together and identifying
the projects Milestone.

 Task 7: Correct Software, this task begins on the 8th of May and take seven
days to complete at a budget of 200000. It involves finding the best software
for the project.

 Task 8: This is the final stage of the project which does not involve any cost
as we are finalizing the whole project.
