 We checked whether the doctor has learnt how to use the software installed that is

Project Objectives.
 To improve Patients Records Management system that is an automated system through
Microsoft excel and access.
 To ease the work of the doctor through reduced paper work.
Main Project Success Criteria.
 To enable migration from manual record keeping to electronic record keeping in 6 days.
 Doctor work disruption will be minimal.
 Software upgrades must meet all written specifications be thoroughly tested.
 Approach
 We shall upgrade record keeping of patients from manual database to electronic
database.
 Develop a detailed a detailed cost estimate for patients record management system.

 This project must be done in 6 days at the absolute latest “Ireen” the Human Resource.
 This project should include good partner relationship that is team work “Mark” the

 Some work must be done after some hours to avoid work disruption “Leonidus” Director

 Am assuming adequate staff will be available and committed to supporting this project
