Knowing the importance of workers or employees right and responsibility is a major thing we need to know as
for the reason that we, employees have a right to receive proper treatment and salary and also the feeling of
safetiness within your workplace. As for the workers responsibility we have to follow and do our
responsibilities with no doubt because they give these responsibilities hoping that you can do it properly and
also to show to the employer that you are responsible.

REFLECTION #4: CONFIDENTIALITY IN THE WORKPLACE

Write your reflection about the value of having confidentiality of business information in your workplace.
The disclosure of sensitive employee and management information can lead to a loss of employee trust,
confidence and loyalty. Confidentiality of business information can helps build trust to other business partners
and customers. Penalties for any act that constitutes a breach of confidentiality or privacy under the act are
covered by Section 72, which states that any person conferred with powers under the act who discloses
confidential information without authorization shall be punished by up to two years' imprisonment, or fine a
certain amount.
