1. Good afternoon my name is Isaac Campos, I'm mexican, I'm a Senior Manager from Herdez.

1. Hi my name is Alexandra Carrera, I'm mexican, i'm a Sales Manager from Herdez.

2. Herdez is a Mexican company and we produce cannedd food products, We employ more than
9,465 people.

Today we will show you our organigram and our pie chart about the numbers of employs who
work in each department.

3. The CEO Works together with each vice presidents of Sales, Marketing and Engineering areas, to
have control of the company and make good decisions.

The Vice president of marketing is responsible for conducting market research, so that the vice
president of sales can design sales strategies.

The Vice president of Engineering is in charge of setting the distribution number of the products,
their inputs and their outputs.

The Sales managers are responsible for coordinating, leading and supervising the commercial work
of the sales team.

The Marketing managers controls the phases of the advertisimg campaigns with the Vice
president marketing

4. In our production department we have 14% of our employees

In Research and Development there is 10%

Then in Sales we have 12%

In our Marketing department there is 8%

Then in Human Resources there is 6%

In our accounting department the percentage is 13%

In our IT department we have 4%

Then in our Customer Service department there is 12%

In Logistic department there is 12% too

And in our Purchasing deparment we have 9%
