Step 1: (Documentation)
Following documents are required for the authorization and licensing:
1. Passport
2. Matric certificate (Respective Board and IBCC verified)
3. F.Sc. certificate (Respective Board and IBCC verified)
4. Pharm-D Degree (HEC verified)
5. Pharm-D transcript (HEC verified)
6. M.Phil Degree (HEC verified) (Optional)
7. M.Phil transcript (HEC verified) (Optional)
8. Clinical pharmacy clerkship 144 credit hour (Optional)
9. Pharm-D final prof clinical project
10. Pharm-D syllabus (According to your session)
11. Prospectus eligibility criteria (According to your session)
12. Category with Renewal (Attested by Secretary Pharmacy Council)
13. Letter of Good Standing (Optional)
14. Experience letter (Practice must be expressed with number of weeks or hours or ECTS
within each field of practice/department which include areas / institutions where your
practical training experience is conducted. It must also be described what form the
practice was conducted in (skill training, observation, patient-oriented practice or patient
simulation).
15. IELTS (mandatory for language admission in OSLO University, Minimum 5.5 bands
overall)
Note:
a. All documents (3,4,5,6,7 ) must be attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
b. All documents must be colour scanned copies of the original documents - PDF format.
c. If an original document has multiple pages, all scanned pages must be collected in one document and
in the correct order.
d. All pages need to be rotated correctly.

9) Search for “Authorisation” a list of forms will be displayed. Select “Application for

14) Then click on “list of forms and attachments” and follow steps:
1. Download form application form by clicking “Print version (pdf)”; Print (Colored) your
form; Sign form; Scan signed form and make one “pdf” file.
3. After uploading all documents click on “Check all”. If there is any problem Red colored
indication will be appeared otherwise you can move to next step “Proceed to signing”.
b. Contact to your bank and activate “International online transaction” for 2 hour with
minimum two or 3 number of transactions and reserve at-least 50,000 rupees.
17) You can see your submitted application form “My message box” in “Archived”.
18) You will receive one letter “Documents receiving” from Directorate of Health Norway.
20) After successful completion of process you will receive “License” of Reseptarfarmasøyt
(Prescriptionist) from Directorate of Health Norway.
• Bank statement “2.3 million” just to show and attach this statement with your
application.
After receiving Visa, you can book a ticket for Norway within specified period of VISA
issuance.
