Loading Content into Oracle

WHY: To keep content in Oracle updated

Materials:

1. Access to Oracle Learning in My Client Groups


2. Content you wish to upload

Steps:

1. Login to Oracle
2. Go to My Client Groups

3. Go to Learning
4. Go to Catalogue resources

5. Go to Content
6. Go to add content and select content type
7. Select files that need to be uploaded

8. Save and close


9. Content must be Active to be used and associated with a Course/Offering
10. To check this, go to the Content page and change the date to the date you have uploaded the
content

11. Then change the “Active” section to “All”


12. Then hit Search
13. The result will show if Content is Active or not
14. You must hit Search every time you want to check status
