I am JERICK AMADO BRAZIL, 25 years of age, single and is currently working as an Engineer I
at the Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte since January 2017. Fortunately, during
my 240 hours On-the-Job Training at the Leyte 2 nd District Engineering Office, I was given the
opportunity to witness how DPWH effectively delivered and perform your Department’s
mandates being the construction and engineering arm of the country. Thus, fueling my
desire to be employed by your good office.

With the experiences I gained for more than 3 years of performing engineering related
works, I strongly believed that I possess the crucial skills, technical competence and
