    AUTHORIZATION LETTER

    Dear Mr. Aguirre:

    I am John Michael A. Mantalaba, a Job Order personnel from the Engineering


    Department. I do hereby send you this letter as a notification that I am authorizing
    or allowing the bearer of this letter, Ma. Rita A. Mantalaba, to claim my salary for
    the cut-off of September 16-30, 2019 on my behalf.

    I won’t be able to claim it on my own because I will be traveling to Manila for a


    job interview. I am also allowing this person to sign any documents/papers that is
    related to this transaction. Thank you very much.
