In Re: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF LEASE

Dear Sir:

This is to inform you that your lease on a certain space in the Natividad
Commercial Building, doing business under the name and style of Natividad
Business Center, located at Purok 4, Poblacion, Panglao, Bohol, is terminated
effective January 1, 2019.

You have been remiss in paying your rental fees from September until
December of 2018. I have previously sent you two (2) demand letters, dated
April 26, 2018 and July 17, 2018, to pay your overdue rental fees; however,
you continuously fail to pay your monthly rentals on time.

Since you have given security deposit equivalent to two months, I will apply the
said deposit as your payment for your September and October rental fees.
Please pay the remaining two months worth of rentals for November and
December, 2018, and as well as your electricity and water bills consumed for
the said period.

Please pay the remaining rental fees and utility bills, and vacate the premises,
on or before January 1, 2019.
