Any construction contract works at two levels: one, the express provisions of the written agreement, which are not
necessary the same as the form; and two, the law (statutory and judicial), which superimposes itself on the
contractual provisions. With that premise, this Roadshow Event will feature the following aspects: (i) contractual
guide; (ii) Indian perspective; and (iii) international perspectives/ foreign law.
