Lamp Replace

1. Preparation

Multimeter, Screws Driver

2. Destination
Teach operator how to replace lamp and corresponding adjustment.

3. Procedure
3.1 Please remove the old cover plate with the old lamp and then install the
new plate as the picture shows:

Put the lamp in the fixed seat and fix it.

Put back the cover and don’t fix the screw to avoid some other light from

outside disturb the adjustment.

Connect the cable of lamp with another side from the liquid drive board ,

then power on the machine . Then do mechanical reset of the filter
wheel.

Choose “Filter wheel 1st wavelength pos “ and click “move to spec

position”.

Test voltage of “s”, and adjust the height of lamp by loose the screws

vertically . Watch the multimeter, fasten the lamp until value is in the
range(0.8~1.6), you can make it about 1.2v, and then fix the screws of
lamp and cover.
