1 Overview

1.1 Purpose
This document will introduce Crystal Reporting on the Jigsaw MineOPS software. Section 2 will
demonstrate how to access the Reports, and Section 3 will introduce the standard set of
reports.

1.2 Scope
This document is intended for personnel wishing to access Crystal Reports.

2 Accessing Reports
This section will demonstrate how to open the Crystal Reports through MineOPS.

2.1 Reports Screen

To access the reports, open the MineOPS application. Click the Shift Reports option from the
Shift Menu.

This will bring up the Reporting Screen.

NOTE: Different users may not have access to Reports, or contain a different location. Contact
the Dispatch Office for further information.

2.1.1 Choose a Report

To select a report, choose from the pull-down menu as shown below.

2.1.2 Select Time Range
Chose the Start and End dates, as well as which shift to view data for.

Selecting the Load button will bring up the selected data. The next section will introduce the
standard set of Crystal Reports.

3 Crystal Reports
This section briefly introduces the individual Crystal Reports.

NOTE: In general, the Shift Reports contain an exclusive list of all items for each shift. The
Reports without the term Shift combine all duplicate items into one line, for a clearer summary.

3.1 Standard Reports

This subsection shows the standard set of Crystal Reports provided by Jigsaw.

3.1.1 Activity Hours by Worker

The Activity Hours by Worker Report lists a complete list of workers by the activity they logged
time through Jigsaw. The system records hours based on the operator being logged in to the
system, as well as having the correct activity set.

The list of activities for all equipment is as follows: Total, Active, Backing, Empty, Hauling,
Inactive, Loaded, Loading, Moving, Moving Empty, Moving Loaded, Queued, Spotting, Tipping,
Traveling and Waiting.

3.1.2 Availability and Utilisation
The Availability and Utilisation Report lists a complete list of equipment by type, and the hours
logged by Status. The report also lists the Availability, usage and the Utilisation.

The report summarizes the data by equipment type, and allows for easy access to a particular
type.

3.1.3 Blast Loads
The Blast Loads Report lists the loads and tones by blast for the selected shifts. The data has
one line displayed per blast regardless of the number of shifts.

3.1.4 Blast Loads by Shift

The Blast Loads by Shift Report displays the same information as the Blast Loads Report,
except it lists each blast for every shift.

3.1.5 Detailed Loads
The Detailed Loads Report shows all loads recorded for every grade for each shovel. It lists the
number of loads, as well as the tonnage. The report combines the same grade from different
shifts into one line.

3.1.6 Detailed Loads by Shift

The Detailed Loads by Shift Report shows all loads recorded for every grade for each shovel.
Like the Detailed Loads Report, it lists the number of loads, as well as the tonnage. Unlike the
Detailed Loads Report, each grade is listed without regard for the shift.

3.1.7 Dumped Loads by Location
The Dumped Loads by Location Report lists the number of dumps used in the selected shifts,
as well as the cumulative tonnes.

3.1.8 Dumped Loads by Location by Shift

The Dumped Loads by Location by Shift Report lists the number of dumps used, as well as the
cumulative tonnes for each shift.

3.1.9 Dumped Loads by Truck
The Dumped Loads by Truck Report shows a list of each truck, the number of dump records,
and the total tonnage recorded.

3.1.10 Dumped Loads by Truck by Shift

The Dumped Loads by Truck by Shift Report also shows a list of each truck, the number of
dump records, and the total tonnage recorded. In this case, each truck has a record for every
shift selected in the date range.

3.1.11 EXCAVATOR LOADS BY SHIFT
The Excavator Loads by Shift Report shows a list of all shovels, the number of loads and the
tonnage for the loads. Each piece of equipment has a separate line for each shift in the selected
range.

The Excav and Truck Activity Times by Workers Report shows a list of operators for each type
of equipment, and the times spent in each activity.

The Excavator Loads Report a list of all shovels, the number of loads and the tonnage for the
loads.

3.1.14 Excavator Loads by Shift Chart

The Excavator Loads Report shows a graphical representation of the number of loads for a
shovel over the period of time selected. In the example below, it is easily seen that EX204
(yellow) carried out most of the loads between the two time periods.

The Excavator Operators Report shows a list of all operators logged into each shovel, the
number of loads completed, and the time recorded by Activity.

The Grade Dumps Report shows a list of all grades that were mined during the selected time
period by number of dump records and total tonnage dumped.

The Grade Dumps by Shift Report shows a list of all grades that were mined during the selected
time period by number of dump records and the tonnage dumped for each shift.

shift by number of dump records, and various distances. A separate list for each shift is shown.
