amino acids as required from meat. The dry weight of mushrooms accounts for

nutritional values and medicinal effects.
 Mushroom production since cultivated under controlled condition as compared to
rice production, vegetable production and other crop production such as corn
production where uncertainty may affect the yield( storm, drought and pests)

improved nutrient content, polvoron, sauce and food seasoning. 12.5 kg powder
