1. to motivate learners to communicate in English using language games


2. to recycle the vocabulary related to the months of the year, the seasons
3. to create extended activities for the vocabulary taught

Focus on:

1. The months of the year


2. The seasons
3. The ordinal numbers (1st- 12th)

Objectives: By the end of the lesson, learners will be able to:

1. Recognize the months of the year, the seasons, the ordinal numbers
2. Construct sentences of their own using the months of the year, season and the ordinal
numbers
3. Communicate effectively using the vocabulary taught

Materials: flashcards (different sizes), worksheets, a small paper ball, colored piece of chalk
