BASELINE PERSONAL LEADERSHIP VALUES STATEMENT

Who am I?
I am a new mom married to a very loving and supportive husband and living the life with my 9
month old baby at our best. I am a daughter full of dreams for my parents, and hoping to fulfill
those dreams for them. I am a teacher in public school and am trying my very best to do my job,
be a mom and a wife.
What are my core beliefs (e.g., about life, about love, about humans, about Earth, about the sacred/divine,
about….)
● Love is not always a give and take process. Most of the time it is only giving or
receiving.
● We appreciate the value of something or someone if it is broken or gone.
● Giving life taught me how incredible it is, how can I love this much.
● Family matters. So spend time with your loved ones as long as you have it.
● No matter how tired you are in life, just remember that you are doing
something great.
● God is always in control and He will never leave you. Just trust in Him.
What are my core values? (e.g., peace, wealth, happiness, love, family, fame, truth, power, justice,
security…)

How can I serve? What do I see as my life purpose?

I can serve simply by listening to others. I can see that my life’s purpose is to become a better
educator to lead students in their path in fulfilling their dreams. however , I also want to be a
good mom and wife through having enough time to take care and look after them. I want to
serve them the best way I can.

What do I expect from myself in leading others?

I can see myself that when I lead others, I am credible, full of wisdom and empathy.

What do I expect of others whom I lead?”

I expect others to follow and do their work of service wholeheartedly and effectively.
