Air-conditioners (air-cons) within the SSA compound require the SSA to contract service providers to maintain the units. Documents regarding maintenance are required for when an air-con unit requires repair and price of repair costs >$500, to which said documents will be required to be submitted as support for the claim. As such, three quotes were obtained and the vendor providing the cheapest repeated service is selected.
Justifications for the chosen service provider, should a certain service from the chosen service provider be more expensive than others, will be given to provide support for the choice.
