EXCLUSIONS:
Our scope of supply is limited to the battery limit of our units and the following items are beyond the scope of our supply
ElectricalcontrolpanelswithorwithoutVFD,Pantypehumidifier,Dehumidifier,Accessories,alltypesofControls&Instrumentation, actuat ors,
dampers, heaters Sound attenuators, 3/2 way mixing valves, temperature & pressure measuring device and sensors , Electrical
cabling/wiring/earthing or any other item not specifically mentioned in our quote

COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES: The above prices are Ex-our work sat Delhi & are inclusive of standard packing of poly the new rap Special crate packing if
required can be provided at extra cost. Freight & Insurance shall be extra at actual.

GST:The above prices are exclusive of GST shall be charged extra 28%.

STATEENT RYTAX ANDO CTROI: shall be arranged and payable by you.

TERMS OF PAYMENT : 50% advance along with the order and balance against Performa invoice before dispatch/delivery from our
works.

DELIVERY:We shall be in a position to dispatch the material with in 20-25 days from the date of receipt of technically/commercially
clear order along with advance.

ASSEMBLY: Our prices are for supply of the material in knocked down conditions as applicable pending up on capacity of the unit. In
case we are enquired to as semble the same at site ,our charges shall be extraas mutually agreed up on. Unloading, Lifting, shifting
of units to the place of installation , Storage of units in cluding su pervision of the material at site till assembly shall be in your scope.
VALIDITY: Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of our quote.
 WARRANTY: 12 months from the date of dispatch or assembly as applicable whichever is earlier against any manufacturing defect
eithertoreplaceorrepair.TheWarrantydoesnotcoverconsumableslikeV-belts, filters etc. The warranty in case of motor burnout due to
voltage/single facing will not be covered under the warranty clause.
