hi team with lot of pain am writing this. I am a victim of cyber fraud. I have
purchased PPFAS mutual fund units on May 4. On May 05, message came
from PPFAS that funds have been allotted. later Zerodha also sent a message
on 5th May Friday, 11.20am that units are allotted. My portfolio was updated
with new investment. On saturday, when i have checked the COin portfolio, it
showed less amount in ppfas investment. I thought there is some bug. Checked
on Sunday too. it was still showing less amount. Basically the new units
allocated by PPFAS were missing. I was anxious. tried calling your support line.
It was closed and only Monday i could call. meanwhile, i have posted a
message on twitter in Karthik Rangappa timeline. then someone with Twitter
handle _supportZerodha replied to my message with a link to Telegram support
channel with name @ZerodhaCares. He went by name Surinder Singh. He said
that my units are locked and to release them, i need to upgrade my coin
account. He basically trapped me to send INR 30006 for upgrading my coin
account from Tier-1 to Tier-2.
