    AGAINST 20% PROMOTION QUOTA FOR BS-01 TO BS-04
    EMPLOYEES

    Respectfully Sheweth:
    The undersigned put forth the following submission for sympathetic
    consideration vide application dated 03.06.2022 (Annex-A). It is once again submitted
    that
    1. That I was appointed as Naib Qasid (BS-01) on 23.08.2007 in this directorate
    (Copy enclosed as Annex-B).
    2. That I have passed my Secondary School exam from Allama Iqbal open
    University in the year 2019 (copy enclosed as annex-C)
    3. That I have come to know that one post of Junior Clerk BS–11 is lying vacant
    due to the resignation of Mr Ali Mujtaba, Junior Clerk in the Headquarters Office
    against 20% promotion quota for the employees in BS-01 to BS-04.
    4. That as per Regulation Wing of S&GA letter No. SORIII(S&GAD)228/90(P),
    dated03.01.2022 (copy enclosed as Annex-D), I am eligible for the promotion as
    Junior Clerk (BS-11) against 20% promotion quota for the employees in BS-01
    to BS-04.
    In view of above, it is humbly requested that I make kindly be promoted as
    Junior Clerk (BS-11) against 20% promotion quota for the employees in BS-01 to BS-
    04.
