With respect this is to the above mentioned subject this is to your notice that from dated 12.1.23 to 30.1.23 Bhubaneswar “SISIR SARAS was
organized  at Biju Patnaik Play Ground, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar. 
From Palamu District Renu didi and assistant Mithlesh of satbarwa block, was nominated and took part in the
SISIR Mela from dated 13.1.23 to 29.1.23. tentative budget for the mela prepared is Rs 35000.00. prior
approval was not taken, requesting for a post facto approval. Please find the attachment of the budget
attached below for your kind perusal & approval. 
 
Budget will be booked under budget code NRLM B2.16
