Model United Nations conference, abbreviated OxIMUN.

OxIMUN is one of Europe’s premier international conferences for university students, hosting delegates
from a diverse array of countries for three days of intellectually stimulating academic debate in the beautiful
city of Oxford. Our roots can be traced back to model debates of the League of Nations, which took place
here as early as 1921. The modern-day conference is organised by students of the University of Oxford on
behalf of the Oxford University United Nations Association.

This year’s conference will take place from 27 to 29 October 2023. My team of Secretariat members are
hard at work organising various aspects of the conference, and alongside the challenging debate in historic
venues you can look forward to an illuminating guest speaker, exciting socials activities and some awesome
