About IDF

The Islamabad Diplomacy Forum (IDF) is a revered and student-run debate society
founded by students of Islamabad. It serves as a vibrant platform for the exchange of
ideas, opinions, and mettlesome debates among students from numerous
educational institutes in Islamabad. The society is a meeting ground for like-minded
individuals, seeking to shape a brighter future through assiduous efforts and
thoughtful conversations, broadening perspectives along the way.

IDF's core mission is to strengthen the Model United Nations (MUN) circuit of
Islamabad by amplifying the voices of talented and aspiring debaters whose spirits
are fueled with purpose and persistence. Moreover, the forum aims to improve the
overall educational circle of Islamabad, not just limited to MUN activities.

Through IDF the delegates will gain practical and viable solutions to present-day
global challenges. They will also enhance their understanding of foreign policy and
the positions held by the countries they represent, while acquiring the essential
principles guiding public conduct and international law.

In line with its goals, IDF is preparing to host the largest youth conference in the
country, IMUN’23, and envisions organising more future events. Looking ahead, the

Welcome to IMUN'23 - the Largest Model United Nations (MUN) Conference in the
country, proudly organised by the Islamabad Diplomacy Forum (IDF). As a fully
student-run MUN event, IMUN'23 stands as a testament to the passion and

its distinct mandate and topic. Through IMUN'23, delegates will have the opportunity

Day 1 : Qawwali Night: An Immersion into Pakistan's Cultural Heritage

Day 1 of IMUN’23 will feature a cultural highlight in the form of a Qawwali Night. This
traditional music performance will be a celebration of Pakistan's rich cultural heritage
and will be an opportunity for delegates to immerse themselves in the local culture.
The powerful melodies and spiritual lyrics of Qawwali music are sure to leave a
lasting impression on all attendees. We are honoured to have a renowned Qawwali
group perform for us and look forward to sharing this unforgettable musical
experience with you.

Day 2 : Concert : Enthralling showcase of artistic brilliance

During the second evening of IMUN’23, a prominent social event awaits. The night
will come alive with a musical extravaganza, showcasing top-notch national talents,
performing live on the second day of IMUN’23. Stay connected to our Instagram

Day 3 : Formal Dinner: A Grand Conclusion to IMUN’23

The conference will culminate on the final day with a splendid formal dinner, offering
delegates a chance to unwind and savour meals following three intense days of
deliberative sessions. Preceding the dinner, there will be an award and closing
ceremony, honouring winners and recognizing the host team's efforts. The dinner
shall serve as an ideal conclusion to this historic and unforgettable conference.

IMUN‘23 will be entertaining official delegations from invited schools, colleges and
universities at the conference as well as private delegates, delegations and or
observers.

Payment details :

Once the registration form has been submitted, a member from the registrations
team will call the head delegate and confirm registration. Upon confirmation, an
email will be sent to the head delegate with the payment breakdown and last date of
payment.
