Madam:

I am writing this letter to respectfully inform you that my friend xxxx yyyy was recently hospitalized and has
undergone blood transfusion due to an intestinal ailment. With this predicament, his hospitalization and
medical expenses have accumulated into a very substantial amount which made me and my family placed
in a situation where we could no longer pay for his hospital and medical bills especially in these difficult
times brought about by the pandemic as well as the rapid increase of prices of basic goods and
commodities.

In this regard, may I humbly seek any financial assistance you and our fellow teachers and employees can
extend to finance the accumulated hospitalization bills incurred by my spouse. Any voluntary contribution
will be of great help to us and it will be very much appreciated.
