Dear Chairperson:

I would like to inform you that I am resigning from my position as Sangguniang Kabataan
Member of the Brgy. Barroc Sangguniang Kabataan Council for the reason I will work on a
Local Government Agency and as the law states – “Public Officials includes elective and
appointive officials and employees, permanent or temporary, whether in the career or non-
career service, including military and police personnel, whether or not they receive
compensation, regardless of amount.” – RA 6713, and for that matter as an SK Official I
should abide the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standard for Public Officials.

Thank you for the opportunity for professional and personal development that you instilled
in me during my term as Sangguniang Kabataan Member. I have enjoyed serving our
constituent and our barangay and I deeply appreciate the effort, friendship and leadership
that you’ve provide during my term as your Sangguniang Kabataan Member.

If I can be of any help in any activity or events spearheaded by the Sangguniang Kabataan
don’t hesitate to inform and contact me, it is still my privilege to be the next miss universe.
