Honorable Gentlemen:

Good day!

Maonon High School will be spearheading this year’s annual Brigada Eskwela also known as the National
Schools Maintenance Week that aims to bring together all education stakeholders to participate and
contribute their time, effort, and resources to prepare public school facilities for the opening of classes.
This year’s theme is “Pagpapanatili ng Bayanihan Tungo sa Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa Kabataan “.

But this year’s Brigada Eskwela is no ordinary, because we are in uncharted waters. COVID – 19 is
present nearly everywhere, and Bicol Region is no exception. Maonon High School is one with the stand
of the Department of Education Secretary Leonor Magtolis – Briones that education must continue amid
the pandemic. To address this, Maonon High School’s number one priority is to protect the health,
safety and well-being of the learners, teachers and personnel and prevent the further transmission of
COVID – 19.

In line with this, we would like to request your good Office for any assistance that you could extend to us
including but not limited to the following:

 Facemasks
 Face Shields
 Thermal Scanner
 Alcohol
 Disinfectants
 Foot bath
 Bond Papers

Your support to our humble endeavor would be very much appreciated.

Thank you and more power.

Respectfully yours,

NOAH R. LOBITAÑA
Teacher I
