§ Skilled in backcountry navigation in a variety of terrains and seasons (via foot, skis, canoe, horse)
§ Experienced in multiple wildlife capture techniques (helicopter net-gunning, helicopter darting, ground
darting, treeing hounds, mist-netting) for a variety of taxa (including wolf, cougar, elk, grizzly bear,
welk, songbirds, raptors, waterfowl)
§ Experienced in aerial and ground radiotracking tagged wildlife
§ Knowledgeable in locating and identifying bird and mammal species by sight and sound
§ Experienced in field necropsies, tracking, and DNA collection
§ Proficient in the deployment of baited and unbaited camera traps
