2. Application
Regarding this PC-tool since it is developed for the software development, some converted value by
ECR will be displayed on PC.
Do not change these converted values from PC and please refer information as follows.

2-1. Department setting

A converted value by ECR will be displayed on TAX#.
Please set TAX# from PC in VAT system as follows.
VAT1: 01
VAT2: 02
VAT3: 04
VAT4: 08

2-2. PLU setting

A converted value by ECR will be displayed on TAX#.
Please set TAX# from PC in VAT system as follows.
VAT1: 01
VAT2: 02
VAT3: 04
VAT4: 08

2-3. Tax rate setting

Converted values of Limit Amount setting field and Break Point will be displayed.
Do not change the limit amount setting and Break Point on the PC.

2-4. In-store marking bar code setting (PROHIBITION)

Converted values of all data for In Store Bar Code field will be displayed.
Do not change the in store bar code setting on the PC and program from PC.

2-5. European rounding setting

This field is only available in EU TAX balance.
2-6. Printer Cutter setting
This field is only available for auto cut printer model.

2-7. Printer Stamp setting

This field is only available for dot printer model with stamp.

2-8. Food stamp setting

This field is only available in US system.

2-9. Dialog box

2-9-1. At Data Select (File Number), the individual setting item or report to be required is selectable.

2-9-2. When the Upload button is depressed, various setting data and reports are received from the
ECR. And, when the Download button is depressed, various setting data is sent to the ECR.

2-9-3. When the Network ID was allocated to the ECR, specify the same Network ID Number.

2-9-4. When Whole Preset Data is selected, all programmed data can be uploaded to the PC and can
be downloaded to the ECR. In this case, the item selected at Data Select (File Number) will be
invalid.

2-9-5. When Whole Report Data is selected, all report data can be uploaded to the PC. In this case,
the item selected at Data Select (File Number) will be invalid.

2-9-6. The Add PLU and the Sort buttons will be active at the PLU setting.
