Terms and Conditions - $30 Account Opening Bonus

1. General terms
1.1 Conditions to get $30 Bonus are determined under the company’s terms and
conditions.
1.2 The $30 Bonus is under the company’s terms and conditions which is different
from the other bonus. The condition to receive a $30 account opening bonus is subjected
to the terms and conditions contained herein.
1.3 $30 Bonus can only be claimed once per user, and it can only be received for
accounts with a minimum top up of $20 for Thai and Laos clients. Clients from other
jurisdictions get the $30 account opening bonus without deposit.
1.4 $30 bonus is limited for 15 days after successfully opened a live account. The
Bonus will be in your trading account automatically when you claimed.
1.5 This bonus is only available to clients who have successfully opened real accounts
to trade. The bonus cannot be withdrawn.
1.6 If withdrawing funds or transferring profit between accounts, the bonus 30 USD
will be deducted.
1.7 If there are open orders pending transfer or profit withdrawal, the bonus will be
deducted from the balance with the opened profit and loss positions.
1.8 The Company has the right to refuse and disqualify the bonus. Including the order
closure by Stop Out which violates Terms and Policies. The Company is not responsible for
the consequences both directly and indirectly.
1.9 Any client's bonus may be canceled without explanation by the company. The
suspension of the bonus will be communicated to the company via email.
1.10 Clients can cancel the Bonus via email support@iuxmarkets.com
1.11 The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the Bonus at any
time.
1.12 Acceptance and agreement to comply with such changes, modifications, and/or
changes constitutes receipt of the Bonus. Including all the Company's Terms and Conditions.
1.13 The Company has the sole right to determine any abuse, fraud, misappropriation,
fraud whereby the Company will delete all bonuses on the Client's account. Including
consolidated profit and loss.
1.14 The Company has the right to close and suspend the Client's trading account.
Including canceling all trading orders in case of suspected fraud, abuse, misappropriation,
deceit, with the Company not responsible for the consequences.
1.15 Terms and Conditions of the Account Opening Bonus in the English version will be
considered. Due to differences in translation from other languages, there may be
discrepancies.

2. Conditions to Obtain the $30 Account Opening Bonus

2.1 New clients who have not yet opened an account with IUX Markets.
2.2 Clients who passed the verification process.
2.3 Clients who opened a first live trading account only.
2.4 The $30 Bonus will only be in the live account where the clients claimed the
bonus.
2.5 Clients must not from Thailand and Laos.
2.6 Clients must be over 18-year-old, under the legal age cannot use this bonus.

2.7 If the IP Address is duplicated, the company will be deemed to be in violation of

the conditions and immediately disqualified from receiving the bonus.
2.8 Unless stated otherwise, having someone else open an account under direct or
indirect control will disqualify you.
2.9 Employees, partners, and/or persons associated with the Company are not
eligible for this bonus.
2.10 The positions must be held longer than three minutes.
2.11 This bonus cannot be transferred from one account to another. If you transfer,
your bonus will be null and void.
2.12 $30 Bonus can be used in your trading and the profits from it can be
withdrawn. However, the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn.
2.13 IUX Markets reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel bonuses at any
time.
2.14 Only Standard and Standard Bonus Account type is valid to get the Bonus.

3. Conditions to withdraw
3.1 The profits can be withdrawn as usual. However, the bonus itself cannot be
withdrawn.
3.2 Clients must trade 0.1 Standard Lot at least five times in any instruments except
Stocks and Cryptocurrency other than BTCUSD
3.3 The positions must be held longer than three minutes.
3.4 This bonus cannot be transferred from one account to another. If you transfer, your
bonus will be null and void.
3.5 If the IP Address is duplicated, the company will be deemed to be in violation of
the conditions and immediately disqualified from withdrawal.

4. Terms of Eligibility
4.1 This offer is available for IUX Markets in accordance with other business terms
and policies. It is available to customers who meet the criteria set by the company as
follows:
4.2 “Account Opening Bonus Program” is offered by IUX Markets occasionally for
clients who open live trading accounts with IUX Markets where clients were referred to IUX
Markets by websites or online social medias through promotional methods and surveys
from the IUX Markets website or social networks.

4.3 IUX Markets offers “Account Opening Bonus Program” to clients in some countries, at
their discretion and appropriate territories, and to the extent that IUX Markets deems it to be
available.
4.4 To new clients, IUX Markets only provides “Account Opening Bonus Program”. This
bonus is only valid for the first live trading account.
4.5 All rights are reserved only for clients who can perform their legally enforceable
contracts under applicable local laws and are in the “Account Opening Bonus Program”.
4.6 Participants in “Account Opening Bonus Program” must be over 18 years of age or
eligible in the client’s country of residence (minor). If clients are minors, they are not eligible to
join the program.
4.7 This bonus can be used by restricting IP addresses, if the IP is duplicated, the
company will be deemed to be in breach of conditions and disqualified immediately.
4.8 It is restricted to participate as “Middleman/Associated” in “Account Opening Bonus
Program”. If you registered in “Account Opening Bonus Program” which contains registration
without restrictions, IP addresses of other participants in the “Account Opening Bonus Program”,
IUX Markets reserves the right to determine whether this contest is effective immediately.
“Middleman/ Associated” when used in these Terms and Conditions unless the context stipulates
otherwise. Including any person or entity that has a relationship with a participant in “Account
Opening Bonus Programs” are:
a. Family members such as siblings, spouse, ancestors, descendants and
descendants’ collateral
b. Individuals or entities participating in “Account Opening Bonus Programs”
either directly or indirectly through one or more middleman whether directly or indirectly
Intermediaries are controlled by or subject to regulations with participant in “Account Opening
Bonus Program” For purposes herein, the term “control” (including the relationship of “control
by” and “by regulation”) applies to any condition in “Account Opening Bonus Program” means
ownership either directly or indirectly by one or more middlemen who have the power to lead

5. Specific Terms
Clients who meet the company's eligibility requirements “The Account Opening Bonus” of 30 USD
or its equivalent in another currency is available with the following conditions:
5.1 In order for clients to activate this bonus, Clients must use their phone number to
receive SMS.
5.2 This account opening bonus only available to new clients who have successfully
opened live accounts.
5.3 To receive the account opening bonus, 1 person, 1 IP Address, 1 bonus must be
followed. Opening a new trading account with the same personal details does not count as
opening a new account.
5.4 Clients can withdraw all profits made from bonus funds according to IUX Markets
withdrawal procedures.

6. Risk Warning
6.1 Clients should take full consideration before trading, though the bonus can be used to
benefit to place orders.
6.2 Clients must be well aware of the risks in trading in the FX market, though the bonus
can be used to benefit to place orders. Clients should be careful in trading. Any error caused by
the carelessness of clients, the company is not responsible in all cases.
