communicator, you are tasked to deliver a persuasive speech proficiently, using the principles of effective speech focusing on Articulation, Modulation, Stage Presence, and Facial
expression, Gestures, Movements and Rapports to the SHS teachers and fellow SHS learners .

and empowering SHS teachers and fellow learners
