How to select MegaPixel Lens?
We can start form selecting a lens to recognize car plate with a distance away. To
fully recognize a car plate, there must be 120+ pixels for each meter.
Under this condition, to recognize a car plate, a 1.3M camera need to cover an area
with less than 11 Meter horizontal width.
