1. What professional achievement are you aspiring in short and long run?
Given my lifelong fascination for brands, my career aim is to obtain an MBA, which will provide
me with the tools I need to succeed as a brand/marketing manager. Driving a brand's image and
developing creative and disruptive marketing strategies interests me. In the long term, I aim to
be a growth driver for a brand on a national and international level wherein I’ll be responsible
for developing new business opportunities as well as developing new solutions to customer
needs and trying to bring a positive impact on the industry as well as society.
2. Why do you consider yourself suitable for a career in Management?

My Bachelor of Management courses provided a solid foundation for a career in management.

During my life, I've had a variety of leadership positions that allowed me to manage resources to
achieve goals, which helped me build and strengthen my communication, interpersonal, and
critical problem-solving abilities, all of which are required for management. At Colors Cineplex, I
was in charge of managing various clients and ensuring that they met their objectives while also
increasing income for my firm. As a result, I feel my previous experiences demonstrated my
abilities as well as my interest in management.

3. Give an example of a creative piece of work or innovation you have worked on or

any start-up you have been involved with.

As Marketing Interns at Viviana Mall, we were entrusted with doing consumer research in order
to understand their purchasing behaviors. Originally, I faced a lot of resistance; few customers
were eager to participate in the survey. So, I came at the consumers in a novel way, offering them
a concession coupon in exchange for their participation. My plan succeeded because they were
eager to answer my questions after I gave them discount vouchers. My unique approach helped
me to collect the required number of responses, allowing me to complete my Consumer
Behaviour Survey efficiently, and I was praised for my inventiveness.
4. Describe a situation when you had too many things to do and had to prioritize
As a Network Sales Executive, you are frequently in charge of numerous clients and campaigns
at the same time. Yet, during Gehraiyaan's World Television Premiere, I was negotiating a
sponsorship arrangement with P&G, which was lengthy and lasted until the last day, so I needed
to get all of the paperwork in order as I'd my other campaigns as well. Because the sponsorship
was so important, I decided to prioritize the P&G sponsorship, get the agreement in place, and
then progress to work on my usual campaign clients with the assistance of a colleague.
5. Describe an incident in your life that changed/altered your perspective/outlook
towards life and why

The pandemic was a devastating phase for everyone. The entire experience was unprecedented
and changed our lives forever. Being a Rotaractor I was part of donating essentials to people
walking back home, I encountered an incident that changed my perspective on life forever. A
young girl grabbed my leg and begged for water as she was thirsty, this made me freeze as I'd
never encountered such an incident. This incident made me realize how important it is to share
and donate is and I've made it a point to donate as much as possible and ensure well-being of
others as well.
6. Describe any national / global event (in last 6 months) that you think is going to

Generative AI like ChatGPT has the potential which allows for the creation of original content by
learning from existing data, has the power to revolutionize industries and transform the way
companies operate. By enabling the automation of many tasks that were previously done by
humans, generative AI has the potential to increase efficiency and productivity, reduce costs,
and open up new opportunities for growth. Generative AI is also pushing technology into a

could ignite for businesses of all sizes and levels of technological proficiency are truly exciting.

7. Describe instances where you have been able to demonstrate leadership and team
building skills.

I was a member of Zenith's Board of Directors, in charge of the Marketing and Finance divisions.
I assembled a team and designed a plan capable of attracting more than enough sponsors for the
event, finally leading the team to the execution of the largest event in our college's history. I was
also the Vice President of the SK Somaiya College Rotaract Club, where we accomplished several
projects that had a great influence on society, particularly the project of Sound Therapy for the
mentally impaired, for which we received accolades from The Rotary International and were
even featured on The Kapil Sharma Show.

8. Describe a difficult situation when you encountered a conflict with a senior /team
member/colleague and how did you deal with it.

During the negotiations for the advertiser Bayer Pharmaceuticals, the media planner and buyer
were a difficult nut to crack, and we'd recently managed to get the advertiser HRI managed by
them on board, but this time the buying team needed a rate reduction because the advertiser
was a new one, and with limited budget, My Director wasn't ready to offer them the rate, but I
went up to my superior, stated my opinions, once he trusted me, we were able to seal the
agreement, and Bayer Pharma became a regular advertiser on our channel.
