Volunteer Agreement

Position: Educator

This Volunteer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Please insert your full
real name], hereinafter referred to as the "Volunteer" and Speakable Youth, hereinafter
referred to as the "Organization".

1. Volunteer Services:

1.1 The Volunteer agrees to provide voluntary services to the Organization as an

English Community Volunteer.

1.2 The specific duties and responsibilities of the Volunteer will include:

-Design and implement education plans for community members who want to learn
basic English

-Ready to become a teacher/host in the Speakable youth program

-Create teaching materials for members in the community

-Participate in enlivening the server

1.3 The Volunteer acknowledges that the specific tasks may vary and may be assigned
by the Organization from time to time.

2. Time Commitment:

2.1 Your volunteering will start on July 15, 2023 and end on January 31, 2024.

2.2 The Volunteer agrees to devote their time and efforts to the position for a
minimum of five hours per week. The specific schedule will be mutually agreed upon
between the Volunteer and the Organization, taking into consideration the needs of the
Speakable Youth community and the availability of the Volunteer.

2.3 The Volunteer understands that the Organization relies on their commitment and
punctuality for the successful execution of community initiatives.

3. Orientation and Training:

 3.1 The Volunteer will participate in any orientation or training programs provided by
the Organization before commencing their volunteer duties.

4. Confidentiality:

4.1 The Volunteer acknowledges that during their engagement, they may have access
to confidential information about the Organization, its partners, or community
members.

4.2 The Volunteer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any
confidential information to any unauthorized parties.

5. Code of Conduct:

5.1 The Volunteer agrees to adhere to the Organization's code of conduct and
professional standards at all times.

5.2 The Volunteer will treat all individuals with respect and dignity, irrespective of
their background, race, religion, or nationality.

5.3 The Volunteer will refrain from engaging in any form of discrimination,
harassment, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1 The Volunteer acknowledges that any materials, resources, or creations developed
during their volunteer work belong to the Organization.

6.2 The Volunteer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any such materials for
personal gain without obtaining prior written consent from the Organization.

7. Termination:

7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the
other party.
 7.2 The Volunteer understands that the Organization reserves the right to terminate
this Agreement at any time due to a breach of its policies or unsatisfactory
performance.

8. Liability:

8.1 The Volunteer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold the Organization harmless
from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in volunteer
activities.

8.2 During your volunteer period in this community, you may not volunteer on
another public discord server.

8.3 The Volunteer understands that they are not entitled to workers' compensation or
any other benefits provided to employees of the Organization.

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the
Volunteer and the Organization and supersedes any prior agreements or
understandings, whether written or oral.

By signing below, the Volunteer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to
the terms and conditions outlined in this Volunteer Agreement.
