The OSIM Group is a consistently prosperous and growing consulting firm by providing

engineering services to local businesses. First of all, this merger is a big change and a challenge

Tom should not stifle his ambitions because of ongoing organizational policies. The ongoing
organizational policy is that it's perfectly normal for an organization going through buying an
acquisition of this size, and with his recently acquired strategic planning skills, tom holds the key
to cultural change. Therefore, he must use his professional abilities to reshape OSIM's business
ethics to his advantage.

Tom rejoins OSIM Group four months after the acquisition. Having worked for the OSIM group for
9 years, he is familiar with the nature of the top management team before embarking on a
