1. What is a Super Screw Fastener?
• A Super Screw Fastener is made of the same belt material as the conveyor belt. It has a total of
4 plies and has metal inserts incorporated into the top and bottom part.
• The Super Screw is connected with special self tapping screws which requires no predrilling. The Screw
can be Fastened with a battery operated hand held drilling machine.

All belts are available in the following materials:
1. Abrasion resistant
2. Heat resistant
3. Heat retardant up to 200 degrees C
4. FDA ( food) grade, white color
5. Oil resistant grade
6. Polyurethane grade ( some types)
All belts are supplied in a magnetic or non-magnetic version. The non-magnetic version has stainless steel inserts
and screws.
