Good Day Sir Rick,

I would like to inform you that I will be resigning my position as AV Project Engineer for Okada
Manila – Specialized AV Project effective April 30, 2022.

For the past 8 months of my employment here at AVLS, I learned a lot of things about AV field
and I want to personally thank you for the opportunity and trust that you have given me. It is one of
the memorable and fond memories that I will never forget. Second, I want to thank the Project
Implementation Team for the warm welcome and continuous support throughout my entire stay. I feel
very welcome and felt amazing to be a part of the implementation team. Lastly, I want to thank you for
bestowing me a responsibility to manage one of our big projects here in AVLS. I would also like to
apologize for my lapses during my stay here, I know I’m not that aggressive when it comes to site
concerns and I want to thank you for understanding and supporting our team.

I would like to extend my biggest gratitude to my manager, Ma’am Rachel Alaras for the never-
ending support and guidance she has given. I appreciate all the effort she poured in order for this
project to progress. And for that I am forever thankful for her.

To smoothen my transition, I am willing to render for 1 week until the department found a
professional replacement for the project.

In line with this, I would like to personally recommend my co-engineer Edryen De Guzman to
handle all the remaining tasks for Specialized AV Project. I believe he can perform the duty and
obligation needed for the project to succeed.
