How frequently are you on site? I have visited 5 sites while working at electric futures mostly for commercial
projects and we were using the installation team with the site survey form for
domestic projects

Please talk about a challenging electrical design situation you have worked on. What was the challenge? What
did you do to overcome this?

Answer: I could not answer the question as i am not worked under any large electrical design situation.

Please describe an interesting technical discovery, novel solution or surprising cause you have found. What
methods did you use to reach that conclusion? What makes it interesting or surprising? How did you present
your findings?

Answer: For the PV projects the solar panels and the connections play an important role in the PV systems in
which these connections and cabela lie underneath the panels which are hard to inspect in case of any issues.
There were many issues as these connections are covered with dust, bird filling underneath the panels and
water. These was a small issue but working as a technician we found several projects which had a a rustic
connection, some with lots of dust and bird fillings as all the panels work in series and which was connected in
a string this small issues created a huge impact on disable the working of the whole string which would cause
the customer with a faults. The simple solution was a device called as Arc box which was released recently to
prevent the connection between the panels with fire proofing. This device will not only help with the Fire
proofing but also provide the solutions for all the problems we were facing. This device will be an attachment
device for the connection terminals which will be in a box which is fireproof, weather resistant and could solve
the issue for us. As PV systems are long term projects this helps in eradication of rise of simple issues with the
panels and the strings. We implemented this in a couple of projects to start while replacing the damaged
connection connection with this product and the results are awaiting but we can say that if we use this we can
eliminate a lot of manpower taken by the installation team while maintaining the power plants.

Please give an example of when a project was falling behind the customer’s timescale. How did you resolve this
situation?

Answer:We faced this kind of issue with a domestic client which was delayed project with not avaiblality of the
contractors to complete the desired work. The system was a simple system on GRP Flat roof but we faced so
many delayes to the project as the roof had a warrenty and we could not drill in to the roof as it would void the
roofs warrenty so i had to liaslise with the roofers to complete the required work and they were very bad at
commucationing and this was very small work they would not take the work.so iu rewuired out to all the other
roofing comapnies so that any other roofers can do the work for us but everything went down as we could not
find any roofers after 4 months as the project needed to be complete with in a month. We had to find an
alternate situation of this so we while trying to find the solution to this problem we found a solution of using a
product from a company which was a high expense but would solve the problem so we had a chat with
customer with the new proposed solution and the customer aggred to go ahead with installtion so we

sucessfully completed the project after a lot of delay.

Please describe your preferred office working environment. How do you like to be managed?

Answer: I would describe my preferred office environment with a couple of tables in a silent room and a coffee
machine in the office. In terms of management I would love to be given freedom and not to be micromanaged
but given full clarity about the details of the projects in terms of communication.

Humility is a characteristic we are particularly interested in. In your opinion where is the ‘chink in your armour’
for this application and how would you address your potential shortfall to be successful?

Answer: with my full honesty and less work experience, I would like to mention that I am more of a theoretical
person at this point with my education and need more practical experience in the industry and I have all the
basics required as a saying it's like a gold liquid before molding into any shape. I am quick learner and easy to
adapt so I pick up things easily and get adapted to it in no time and become successful in some time.

The obvious reason is that they can not offer sponsorship but to be more specific reasons are i am looking for more
challenges and more projects on hand and also growth opportunities in terms of carrer
