ANSWER: Yes, I'm ready to comply with the employment rules and regulations put in place by your
esteemed organization.
3. Why did you choose to apply for employment in our company and why do you have to stop working
with your present company?
ANSWER: Learning, improving, enhancing both technical and managerial skills during career start is very
important and critical for future. I believe employment in your organization will make me able to further
enhance my skills both Technical and Management. My current employment was also very important in
developing understanding of Technical Electrical/Power and management systems but I believe I've
learnt all that is important and its high time for a new venture to learn more, grow as a professional, and
work towards the progress of organization.
6. Give me an example of a time when you had to explain some new procedures to your co-workers
for quality service delivery, how do you go about it?
ANSWER: Mostly procedures are of technical nature and the staff on the receiving end are also technical
so I go about delivery procedures/practices through practical work and demonstration. I was supervising
the installing PLC on 132KV grid station and mostly don’t know how it works so I gave them presentation
which included theory and video demonstration.
7. What do you think you can contribute to the progress of our Company as an employee?
ANSWER: Yes, I think I can contribute to the progress of your company as an employee.
8. Can you work under pressure to meet up with deadline target?
ANSWER: Yes, during the course of my current employment I've developed a very good trait of working
under pressure as I've worked as an independent Shift Engineer during production season. Working as
an independent shift Engineer was also helpful in meeting close deadlines, man management, and time
management.
10. Are you ready to relocate your immediate family to any Country?
ANSWER: Yes, I am ready to relocate my immediate family to any Country
13. Specify what post do you prefer to work in this company in line with your qualification and work
experience and why do you think you can serve well in such position?
ANSWER: As I am an Electrical Engineer. And I will prefer MTO (Management Trainee Officer). I worked
as Graduate trainee engineer which include both technical and management works so I have grip on
management skills so I can easily work for a Post of MTO.

company succeed, so the interests of the company and my own interests are one in the same

19. Why did you choose this career in life?
ANSWER: From the childhood I was interested in repairing electrical /electronic items. I was the
electrician of my family. Even whenever I went to my relative home, they used to repair their irons,
extensions etc. These things raised so much with time and at last it compiled me enough to choose the
career as an electrical engineer.

ANSWER: I applied for the post of MTO (Management Trainee Officer).
31. What do you believe is the most difficult and responsibly part of your job?
ANSWER: Last year, my senior left his job unexpectedly. During this time, he was the Shift incharge of
whole shift and I used to assist him during shift. When he left, my HOD asked me to take it over. While I
had never performed job duties individual in the past, I had previous leadership experience. Using my
leadership and problem-solving skills, I run the whole shift, encouraged the rest of the team and
completed his responsibilities as well as mine. And look after all the thing and meat our daily production
target.
