3. Why did you choose to apply for employment in our company and why do you have to stop working
with your present company?
ANSWER: Learning, improving, enhancing both technical and managerial skills during career start is very
important and critical for future. I believe employment in your organization will make me able to further
enhance my skills both Technical and Management. My current employment was also very important in
developing understanding of Technical Electrical/Power and management systems but I believe I've
learnt all that is important and its high time for a new venture to learn more, grow as a professional, and
work towards the progress of organization.

4. Have you been employed by a foreign company before?

ANSWER: No, I haven't worked for a foreign employer.

5. What is current/previous position?

ANSWER: Currently, I am working in Almoiz Industries Ltd. And my position is Graduate Trainee Engineer
(Electrical)

6. Give me an example of a time when you had to explain some new procedures to your co-workers
for quality service delivery, how do you go about it?
ANSWER: Mostly procedures are of technical nature and the staff on the receiving end are also technical
so I go about delivery procedures/practices through practical work and demonstration. I was supervising
the installing PLC on 132KV grid station and mostly don’t know how it works so I gave them presentation
which included theory and video demonstration.

7. What do you think you can contribute to the progress of our Company as an employee?
ANSWER: Yes, I think I can contribute to the progress of your company as an employee.
8. Can you work under pressure to meet up with deadline target?
ANSWER: Yes, during the course of my current employment I've developed a very good trait of working
under pressure as I've worked as an independent Shift Engineer during production season. Working as
an independent shift Engineer was also helpful in meeting close deadlines, man management, and time
management.

9. Are you ready to relocate to any City or country if employed immediately?

ANSWER: Yes, for improving my skills and leading in career I am ready to relocate to any city or country.

11. What is your greatest strength and weakness?

ANSWER:
My greatest strength is
I am creative, co-operate, flexible, versatility, continuous learning, gentleman.
And my weakness is
I can be difficult for me to maintain balance between health work/life.
Although I am regular in namaz but sometime I offered namaz late due to busy in work.

ANSWER: Yes, I will like to be the shareholder in your company.

13. Specify what post do you prefer to work in this company in line with your qualification and work
experience and why do you think you can serve well in such position?
ANSWER: As I am an Electrical Engineer. And I will prefer MTO (Management Trainee Officer). I worked
as Graduate trainee engineer which include both technical and management works so I have grip on
management skills so I can easily work for a Post of MTO.

14. What kind of salary do you expect monthly if employed?

ANSWER: I’m actually not sure the ranges of salary about this particular post. But we will discuss, you
know about my qualification and my experience. So, I prefer your company to set the range according to
me values. I will accept it.

15. Are you willing to put the interests of the organization ahead of your own?
ANSWER: Yes, I don’t believe this question can be answered, because it is in my interests to see the
company succeed, so the interests of the company and my own interests are one in the same

16. Describe your management style?

ANSWER: I'm more of Target table person than time table. I assign tasks to individuals and teams to
complete within given time frame.
Last year I supervised all the maintenance of my assigned house in industry. There was not any data
record for this maintenance record. It was difficult to remember which job is done with maintenance or
which left or what we did in maintenance or how much item or quantity is being used. For solving these
issues, I made several lists for all the maintenance job and start filling them when job is done, which one
and how much items are used in these jobs. At the end I got to know about all the data of maintenance
and item used detail which help me to improve the budget for next season. My HOD appreciate me and
asked me to give a presentation of your performance to all coworker to follow these steps.

17. Describe your work ethic?

ANSWER: I’m an enthusiastic, positive worker, who’s dedicated to completing the tasks but not
complaining about the process.

18. Have you ever travelled out of your country before for Employment purpose?
ANSWER: Not actually I did get chance to travel out of my country
19. Why did you choose this career in life?
ANSWER: From the childhood I was interested in repairing electrical /electronic items. I was the
electrician of my family. Even whenever I went to my relative home, they used to repair their irons,
extensions etc. These things raised so much with time and at last it compiled me enough to choose the
career as an electrical engineer.

20. What motivates you to choose this part as a career?

ANSWER: Everyone prefers to work in an origination which is a symbol of professionalism. And wants to
enhances his both professional and management skills. So, I also see this job as full of Challenges,
Achievement, Recognition.

21. Previous Work Experience?

ANSWER: I worked on both level either its technical or management. On technical level I worked on
different places like steam power plant, industrial maintenance. I was Asst. Shift incharge on Steam
power plant and I got experience of steam turbine, alternator, their parameter controlling and their
synchronization with National grid. And in industrial maintenance I brought many positive changes
which help others to complete maintenance easily. On the other hand, I also got management skills, I
made budget for coming year’s new job and equipment that will install in coming year. I supervised the
whole shift on 132KV grid station and maintain the data of every hour power Import/Export. Also remain
in contact during the shift with NPCC, RCC, NTDC etc. for exchanging or sharing the information related
to system.

22. How long would you expect to work with us if hired?

ANSWER: As long as, the company recognize my work and potential, I will be there as long as you want
me to stay in your company. I will be there as long as I challenge professionally.

ANSWER: I am single.

ANSWER: No, I have no kids.

27. How do you plan to achieve your goals with us?
ANSWER: Being an individual who firmly believes that learning never stops. I intend to pursue my goals
of becoming a well-trained Manager working in the field of Electrical/Power Systems. I plan to further
enhance and upgrade both my Technical and managerial skills under the umbrella of your company. I'll
give full dedication and utmost attention to completing the assignments/tasks assigned to me, and thus
in doing so not only will I add to my professional growth but also help achieve goals of the company and
its success. I believe this opportunity with a enhanced learning environment will make me able to learn,
grow as a professional, contribute to the success of organization, and also make me a better asset to the
society.

28. How do you balance your family and work?

ANSWER: I set the priorities, plan and do things in advance. I will manage which thing is important for a
particular time and what Is the deadline for other work. Like I have an important task which is to be
done on date and other is family casual shopping type things so I prefer task to complete first. On the
other hand, if task’s deadlines are much so I will prefer family to deal first. I will never deal the family in
official hour. I will prefer both things to be done in their own time slots.

ANSWER: I applied for the post of MTO (Management Trainee Officer).

ANSWER: NO

31. What do you believe is the most difficult and responsibly part of your job?
ANSWER: Last year, my senior left his job unexpectedly. During this time, he was the Shift incharge of
whole shift and I used to assist him during shift. When he left, my HOD asked me to take it over. While I
had never performed job duties individual in the past, I had previous leadership experience. Using my
leadership and problem-solving skills, I run the whole shift, encouraged the rest of the team and
completed his responsibilities as well as mine. And look after all the thing and meat our daily production
target.
